Return/Shipping Policy

Questions/Inquiries: E-mail us at info@palmhillsthelabel.com and be sure to include your First/Last name and order number.

Shipping: If you experience any inconvenience or have questions about items be sure to e-mail us, we will respond within 1-2 business days. Keep in mind all orders are shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be provided as soon as your package is processed. All packages are insured through USPS(unless you choose otherwise), shipped out between 1-3 business days from when the order was placed; any questions/concerns after your package is shipped be sure contact to USPS. 

Return: If by any chance you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to return your item(s), you are responsible for S&H. We do NOT do refunds; you will be refunded in store credit. You are responsible for shipping costs when returning item(s) and the shipping will be deducted from the amount. To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and be approved by our team

Email inquiries must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item; any items reported after 48 hours will not be accepted for review.

Sale/Discounted Items: All Sale/Discounted(promo codes) items are Final Sale, these items will not be eligible for store credit or exchanges. 

Shipping w/ no Insurance: Please be advised if you choose this option, it is cheaper, but we are not liable if your package is damaged or lost.
